Products on our site can be ordered only by person over the age of 18.
The goods are delivered only upon 100% advance payment to company’s account.

At the line "poziv na broj odobrenja" please indicate the order number.

Payment is made to the company address without indication of the online store name. For your convenience, details for payment and Proforma Invoice will be sent automatically on your email. The approximate processing period is 1-2 working days. After payment you can send us proof of payment to our e-mail - it will speed up the delivery process. When processing payments banks may charge additional fees. We guarantee 100% confidentiality of all payments!

Delivery is carried out on the next working day upon the payment receipt. When placing an order at our site, you can choose one of the following delivery options:
1. Pick up at our store (upon payment, you can personally pick up your goods. They can be packaged (at your discretion);
2. Courier Delivery - is a service from our shop by our representative (without any logo or identification marks). Courier Delivery costs can be found in the table below. Payment for the delivery is carried out in cash upon arrival of goods.
3. Delivery by Montenegro Post - Pošta CG. We provide FREE delivery by Regular Post for any orders for the whole of Montenegro! Delivery terms - 1-3 working days.

FREE Courier delivery is possible on territory of Budva Riviera (Budva, Bečići, Rafailovići, Pržno, Reževići) for any order. And it is also available for orders over 100,00 € for cities Tivat, Kotor, Petrovac.

In case of postal delivery you can receive the tracking number to track the location of your package on your e-mail Please pay attention! We are not responsible for the delivery, package integrity and safety of the goods in case of Postal Delivery.


Can I Return My Purchase?
All of our items come with a 3-day money back guarantee, please see below for details. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Goods will only be accepted if returned as new i.e. have not been washed or worn, with tags and labels still intact. (This excludes non-refundable goods, please see point 5 below). Goods must be returned at the customer’s expense. Customers assume responsibility for goods returned via post and we strongly recommend that returned items are tracked and proof of postage is retained. Bespoke (Made to measure items) items which are made to your colour and size specification cannot be returned or exchanged. Goods of an intimate nature are non refundable and non exchangeable, this includes sex toys, hosiery, underwear, selected bondage items and is in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.

Can I Exchange My Purchase?
If you would like to exchange you purchase for a different size or an alternative product, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help. Exchange items are subject to the same conditions as returns (above).

Faulty / Incorrect Product?
All products are inspected before dispatch; however in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please return them to us for a refund or exchange, please see below for details. Please contact our Customer Service team before returning so that we can advise you or +38268234782 in our working hours 11:00-19:00. Please return items within 3 days, we regret that we are unable to accept any faulty items back after this time. Please return the item in a clean condition, in its original packaging, complete with any manuals and accessories. If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of your return postage. When returning faulty items please state the fault of the item on the dispatch note that was received with your order, this can be a the original document.
